Acura Dealer Near Crown Heights, NY — Sales, Service & Trade-Ins
Acura of Brooklyn is the closest Acura showroom to Crown Heights — about three and a half miles straight down Nostrand Avenue. No bridge, no toll, no borough line. And no car required to get here: the 2 train and the B44 both run from your neighborhood to our block without a single transfer.
Your Acura Dealership Near Crown Heights, NY
There is no Acura showroom in Crown Heights. We are the closest one: 2751 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210, a straight run south on the same avenue that crosses Eastern Parkway — usually 12 to 20 minutes. We are rated 4.4 on Google across more than 1,000 reviews, earned one sale and one service visit at a time.
Crown Heights has better transit than almost anywhere in Brooklyn, which cuts both ways when it comes to cars: getting to us is easy, and whether you need a car at all is a real question rather than a rhetorical one. We would rather talk that through honestly than sell you a payment you resent. And when the answer is yes, Acura of Brooklyn sits inside Plaza Auto Mall — Acura, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia and Plaza Used Cars, six showrooms on one block, family-run since 1975.

Why Crown Heights Drivers Choose an Acura Dealer Near Crown Heights, NY
Three and a half miles, one avenue, and a dealership that will tell you when the answer is no. Here is what that gets you.
Two one-seat rides, both on Nostrand
The 2 train runs from Eastern Parkway down the Nostrand line to Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College. The B44 and B44 SBS run the length of Nostrand Avenue and stop on our block. No neighborhood in Brooklyn gets here more easily without a car.
An honest answer about whether to buy
Crown Heights has the subway, the buses and the car-share apps. Owning makes sense for some households here and not for others, and the difference is usually the third or fourth line item people forget to price. We will go through them with you before anything gets signed.
Six showrooms, one block
Plaza Auto Mall puts new Acura, certified pre-owned Acura and used inventory from five more brands within a short walk. Whatever you end up driving, the entire comparison happens on foot in one afternoon.
A trade appraised by the people who retail it
If your trade is a Toyota, a Honda, a Hyundai or a Kia, the store that actually sells that brand is in the same group, on the same block. A car someone can put back on their own lot is usually worth more than a car headed straight to auction.

Does Owning a Car Make Sense in Crown Heights?
You have the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C and S, the B44 and B49, and every car-share app operating in the city. That is a genuinely good reason to think twice, and a dealership that pretends otherwise is not worth listening to. The payment is never the whole cost. Before you commit, price these:
- Insurance. The biggest variable, and it is set by your zip code, your record and the vehicle. Get a real quote for the exact model before you sign anything — not an estimate, a quote.
- Where it sleeps. Street parking here means alternate side twice a week and the occasional ticket; a garage space is a fixed monthly cost. Decide which one you are actually signing up for.
- Registration, inspection and plates. Annual, unavoidable, and we handle the paperwork in-house.
- Fuel and maintenance. Modest if you drive lightly, which most Crown Heights households do. Short trips are harder on a car than the odometer suggests.
Where ownership usually wins here: young children, a commute the subway does not serve well, regular trips out of the city, or a job that needs the car. Where it usually does not: a Manhattan commute plus a weekend rental every few months. We will do that arithmetic with you honestly — if leasing something small beats owning something big, or if the answer is not yet, we will say so.
If the answer is yes, start with the pre-approval so the budget is real before you pick a car.
One Address. Six Showrooms. One Avenue.
Most dealerships give you one lot and one lineup. Plaza Auto Mall gives Crown Heights shoppers a whole block of them: Acura of Brooklyn, Plaza Toyota, Plaza Honda, Plaza Hyundai, Plaza Kia and Plaza Used Cars, family-run on Nostrand Avenue since 1975.
Take the 2 down, walk the block, drive an RDX and a CR-V and a Sportage back to back, and take the train home to think about it. There is no version of that afternoon that requires already owning a car.
New Acura Cars & SUVs for Sale Near Crown Heights, NY

- Acura Integra — a sporty, efficient liftback that fits the spots a brownstone block actually offers.
- Acura ADX — the compact entry into Acura's SUV lineup, easy to park and easy to own.
- Acura RDX — available AWD and serious cargo room for the trips the subway cannot cover.
- Acura MDX — three rows of seating for families who need room for everyone and their gear.
Check current Acura offers and incentives before you set a budget — lease and finance programs change monthly.
Used & Certified Pre-Owned Acura Near Crown Heights, NY
Want Acura quality without the new-car number? Our used vehicle inventory includes certified pre-owned Acura models with factory-backed warranty coverage, plus trade-ins from all six Plaza showrooms — so the used lot is not limited to one brand or one price bracket. For a first car in a dense neighborhood, certified pre-owned is often the smart call: someone else took the depreciation, and street parking is easier to live with when the paint is not brand new.
Acura Service Near Crown Heights, NY
Schedule service online in minutes. Our factory-trained technicians use genuine Acura parts for everything from an oil change to warranty work:
- Oil and filter changes, Acura Maintenance Minder services
- Brake inspection, pads and rotors
- Tire rotation, balancing, alignment and replacement
- Battery testing and replacement
- Multi-point inspections and NY State inspections
- Factory warranty and recall work
- Diagnostics, electrical and climate system repair
- Collision repair at Plaza Body Shop
Service opens at 7:00am Monday through Saturday, and the 2 train runs from our corner — so a drop-off costs you a subway ride rather than a morning. Worth mentioning to your advisor: a lightly driven city car has its own wear pattern. Lots of short trips are hard on a battery, and a car that mostly sits still ages differently from one that commutes.
Sell or Trade Your Car
Get a fast, competitive offer on any make or model — we will buy it whether or not you buy from us. If you have decided the car is more trouble than it is worth in this neighborhood, that is a perfectly good reason to sell it, and we will still give you a real number. Start with our sell your car form.

Directions from Crown Heights to Acura of Brooklyn
We are at 2751 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210, between Kings Highway and Avenue R — about three and a half miles south. No bridge, no tunnel, no toll, no borough line.
The obvious one — Nostrand Avenue
Get on Nostrand at Eastern Parkway and drive south. Through Wingate, past Church Avenue, past Brooklyn College, past Kings Highway. One street, no turns, 12 to 20 minutes.
From Prospect Heights & Grand Army Plaza
Flatbush Avenue south to Flatbush Junction, then Nostrand south. Or cut across on Empire Boulevard and pick up Nostrand at the top of Wingate.
From the east side — Utica Avenue
Utica Avenue south to Kings Highway, then west about a mile and a half to Nostrand. Avoids the Nostrand bus traffic entirely.
From Bedford-Stuyvesant
Bedford Avenue south past Eastern Parkway and Church Avenue, then east on Avenue H or Kings Highway to Nostrand. Add five minutes from the northern end.
Getting here by subway and bus
Crown Heights has the best access to us of any neighborhood we serve, and both options are one seat. The 2 train runs from Eastern Parkway down the Nostrand Avenue line to Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College, a short hop from our block — no transfer at all. The B44 and B44 SBS run the entire length of Nostrand Avenue and stop on our block, also with no transfer. The B49 covers Bedford and Rogers Avenues. Check the MTA for current schedules and service changes.

Frequently Asked Questions About Buying an Acura Near Crown Heights, NY
Is there an Acura dealership in Crown Heights, NY?
No. There is no Acura showroom in Crown Heights. Acura of Brooklyn, at 2751 Nostrand Avenue, is the closest one — about three and a half miles straight south on the same avenue, with no bridge and no toll.
How do I get there without a car?
Two ways, both with no transfer. The 2 train runs from Eastern Parkway down the Nostrand line to Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College, a short hop from our block. The B44 and B44 SBS run the length of Nostrand Avenue and stop outside. Check the MTA for current schedules.
How far is Acura of Brooklyn from Crown Heights?
About three and a half miles, or 12 to 20 minutes by car. Nostrand Avenue is the direct run; Utica south to Kings Highway is the alternative when the bus traffic is heavy.
I take the subway everywhere. Do I actually need a car?
Maybe not, and we will say so. Ownership tends to win here when there are young children, a commute the subway does not serve, or regular trips out of the city. It tends to lose when it is a Manhattan commute plus a rental every few months. Price the insurance and the parking before you decide — those are the line items people forget.
Which Acura is easiest to live with on a brownstone block?
The Integra and the ADX. Both are short enough for the spots you actually get, and the ADX still gives you SUV height. Come see them side by side before you commit to something longer.
Can I compare an Acura against other brands in one visit?
Yes, and on foot. Plaza Toyota, Plaza Honda, Plaza Hyundai, Plaza Kia and Plaza Used Cars share the block, so an RDX, a CR-V, a RAV4 and a Sportage can all be driven the same afternoon.
What are your sales hours?
Sales is open Monday–Thursday 9:00am–8:00pm, Friday–Saturday 9:00am–7:00pm and Sunday 11:00am–5:00pm. Service opens at 7:00am Monday through Saturday.
Do you buy cars outright, or only take trades?
Both. We will buy your car whether or not you buy one from us — including if you have simply decided that owning one in this neighborhood is not worth it. Start with our online sell-your-car form.
