After traveling 1,000 miles from Alabama in my 2006 Acura TSX, the A, 2, and 4 maintenance lights came on with immediate maintenance needed. They are good service. I see the waiting area have coffee machine and DD for the guests. There have free WiFi and TV. And the lady was so nice but I didn’t know her name. She was taking good care of us. We didn’t wait for long time to finish changing airbags.

I came in because my check engine light was on, along with a check VSA light on. Cruise control was also not working. Cherise was helpful and friendly from the start. She was very knowledgeable of my TSX and checking my car in was a breeze. The work done was outstanding, and all my problems were fixed. Will definitely be back again, maybe even for my next Acura 🙂

Cherise was very prompt in taking my vehicle and allowing me to go on with my day. I dropped off my car for an oil change and was able to pick it up fast. They even gave my car a much needed car wash. Oil change was cheap and fast, and a painless process.
I have always had Acuras and used the Manhattan dealership until it closed. My initial experience in 2014 was mediocre. However I just traded in my RDX for 2018 lease this weekend and it was an outstanding experience. That is all down to Sheena Antoine. Paula, who was my handler in service was attentive and very helpful. She contacted me promptly to keep me informed and coordinate convenient pickup. However, the wait for the car to be delivered from the lot was excessive, about 40 minutes. I would suggest more help to deliver cars from the holding lot at congested times of pickup.
The female lady who initially greeted me was friendly and informative. They did the repairs within the expected time, even faster than I thought it would take. Went in to have my MDX service. Process was very pleasant. The appointment process was very convenient. When i dropped off my vehicle the service rep was very friendly. I was met by the advisor within 10 minutes of my appointment. Was told that due to the volume of work that my wait time would be approximately 2-2.5 hours. The recommended work was completed and I had my car back in less that 1.5 hours. The advisor was pleasant and professional.
Richard was the technical account manager and was a pleasure to work with. He gave me regular updates to the work being done on my MDX. (Coolant and differential changes.) Picked up my washed vehicle and all with a smile. He was genuinely interested in delivering a great customer experience. A replacement part was needed for my running board. He stated he would contact me as soon it was delivered to set up an installation time.

Since I brought my Acura TLX I've came to this Brooklyn Acura service center. The employees are knowledgeable and polite. I never have no issues when my car is given back to me. Three out of the four times I've been here I've recommended for Alica to be my service advisor. She's friendly, polite and always keeps me abreast of what's going on with my car. Brought my car in this morning for an oil change and to look into the TPMS light. In the very cold weather I've found the TPMS light comes on sometimes, so they added some air to my tires and got the light off within minutes and the oil change was done promptly. Very pleasant staff as always and was happy to enjoy free breakfast and a ride home in the complimentary shuttle. Always recommend this place to my family and friends.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and transmission trouble. Not only was this fixed and under warranty I might add, but they also found an oil leak that I had no clue about. Great customer service and great service overall.
